Focus within the snowboarding industry has been on making kids boards inexpensive, rather than making them perform. The argument is they outgrow them in 2 or 3 seasons. Well, so do adults! Most of us want a new board in that many seasons.

Our focus has been on creating a board that beyond all, is easy to learn to ride on, but still be surf inspired in style for easy progress. The extra soft flex with an abrupt break away edge rail and rocker behind the back foot makes it easy to get the board to break free and turn, while the generous sweeping nose rocker allows kids to ride up and over everything the hill throws at them whether thats the bunny hill or their first groomers.

As they progress, so carving turns will come naturally thanks to the generous sidecut and shortened edge length, even in mixed terrain.

We've compensated for the shortened running edge length in the tail, by keeping length in the tail rocker for stability - if they get knocked backwards - there is a soft but confidence inspiring support that pushes back from the tail so recovery is easy and the ride continues.

Yes, you can find a cheaper board, but if your goal is to see your kids progress quickly, then get a board that will encourage learning, not hinder it.
